For more than 50 years the Vermont Interdisciplinary Team (I-Team) has championed school inclusion for Vermont students with complex disabilities. We are seeking a dynamic Project Director to lead this statewide initiative into its next chapter. The Vermont I-Team supports local school district educational teams by providing intensive special education technical assistance professional development systems-change support and family-centered services for students with low incidence disabilities including DeafBlindness complex medical needs multiple disabilities autism and intellectual disabilities. As Project Manager you will set the vision and priorities for a dedicated team of 20 interdisciplinary specialists working across Vermont to improve educational access and outcomes. This leadership role includes cultivating strong partnerships with schools families and state agencies overseeing project budgets securing grant funding and ensuring compliance with University and state policies.
