Location & Schedule: This is a part-time 10 to 16 hour/week position with at least one 5-hour day per week in Needham MA.There is no relocation or housing assistance for this position.

This role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented part-time Corporate Communications Intern in Needham this role youll help support how SharkNinja communicates across internal and external is an exciting opportunity for a student with strong writing skills a creative mindset and an interest in corporate communications. As a part-time Corporate Communications Intern youll gain hands-on experience working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders while contributing to impactful communication initiatives.

Here are some of the EXCITING things youll get to do:

• Assist in the development and execution of campaigns and events in support of SharkNinjas culture moments and corporate brand initiatives
• Maintain and update editorial calendars and contact lists to ensure coordination across communications channels
• Manage and optimize corporate communications platforms (e.g. SharePoint Teams digital signage) to maximize reach and engagement
• Draft content for internal and external channels (e.g. newsletters social posts intranet stories executive briefs recaps presentations website)
• Track and report on engagement metrics to measure effectiveness of communications efforts
• Help coordinate logistics for communications activations both in-person and virtual
• Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in corporate communications
• Support multimedia content creation (photos videos event recaps) to enhance storytelling

ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:

• Education: Current student in an associates bachelors or masters program
• Must be able to work a part-time 10 to 16 hour/week position with at least one 5-hour day per week in Needham MA
• Has taken coursework in Communications Public Relations Marketing Journalism or a related field
• Strong writing editing and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail
• Self-starter who can manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Canva Adobe or social media tools is a plus
