Arc of Onondaga is actively seeking dedicated compassionate Direct Support Professionals to join our Residential Team in relief positions serving the Liverpool Cicero and Baldwinsville areas.
As a Residential DSP (Relief) youll provide person-centered support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities on an as-needed basis. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking flexible scheduling while still building meaningful relationships and making a lasting impact.
What Youll Do:
Provide hands-on support and daily living assistance
Offer instruction mentorship and encouragement
Support individuals in achieving personal goals
Promote independence community integration and self-confidence
Help create a safe positive and empowering home environment

Education & Experience:
High School diploma or GED
Valid NYS Drivers License Passion for supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
A positive patient and encouraging approach
Commitment to fostering independence and meaningful community involvement
