National Law Firm Investment Funds Associate (36 Years)
A well-established national law firm is looking to add an Investment Funds Associate in Miami.
This is a strong opportunity for an associate who wants meaningful involvement in fund formation and sponsor-side work with more direct exposure than youd typically see in larger more layered teams.
What Youll Be Doing
- Advising on private investment fund formation (private equity venture and other funds)
- Drafting and negotiating fund documents including LPAs and subscription agreements
- Supporting sponsors on structuring and regulatory matters
- Working closely with clients on fund launches and ongoing operations
What Theyre Looking For
- 36 years of investment funds / fund formation experience
- Experience representing sponsors or fund managers preferred
- Strong drafting and analytical skills
- Ability to work directly with clients and manage matters
- Strong academic credentials
