Job Summary
Position: Email Channel Manager
Location: Multi-City - Hiring in Plano TX Wilmington DE and Charlotte NC
Contract: 12 Months (Project Support)
Schedule:Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (Hybrid - 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote)
Pay Range: $46 - $50/HR Paid Weekly
Position:This role supports Marketing Email Channel Execution and will focus on managing campaign delivery timelines and cross-functional coordination within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and/or support cross-functional teams to execute email marketing campaigns.
- Write and translate business needs into clear email technical requirements.
- Manage strict timelines and hold stakeholders accountable for deliverables.
- Coordinate and oversee end-to-end email testing across teams.
- Identify and troubleshoot HTML rendering issues (preferred).
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders including marketing and execution teams.
- Support ongoing project initiatives and adapt to shifting priorities.
What the Manager is Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent time management and ability to stay on track with timelines.
- Comfortable working in a team environment (approx. 15 members).
- Ability to collaborate with key partners.
- Prior experience in similar banking/financial environments.
Top Must-Have Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems and tools.
- Basic knowledge of HTML / AMPscript (preferred).
Working Conditions:
- May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels such as from office equipment.
- The ability to lift up to 30lbs.
- Use of computers and technology.
