Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish contact with potential customers using internal leads and personal outreach.
- Actively listen to clients to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while expanding our client base.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of our extensive product catalog to provide expert recommendations.
- Negotiate sales terms and onboard new accounts.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets contributing to overall team success.
- Address customer questions concerns and objections in a professional and timely manner.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services that enhance the customers experience and meet their needs.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows including setup and breakdown duties.
- Travel to engage with existing and prospective clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or a related field.
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Windows and general computer programs.
- Industry experience is a significant advantage.
- Multilangual candidates are a plus.
