Job Summary
Central Coast Home Health & Hospice is a fast-growing organization with an excellent reputation throughout the Central Coast. We are nowseeking a part-timeNight Shift RN to workwith ourhome health & hospice patients in the Santa Barbara area (from Goleta to Carpinteria).
The Nurse will be available throughout thenight to answer all phone callsfrom home and travel to patients homes or facilities as needed.
Work schedule: between 5PM to 8AM 2 nights /wk.
Requirements:
- Current California Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Reliable vehicle current auto insurance & clean driving record
- CPR certified (BLS for Healthcare Provider)
- Minimum one (1) year of professional experience in nursing.
Knowledge/Abilities:
-Hospice &/or Home Healthexperience preferred
-Understanding of the hospice philosophy and issues of death and dying
We offer competitive pay paid personal and sick time off flexible schedules in-house continuing education and reimbursement for outside training. Work from home completing in-home visits as needed. Hourly rate ranges from $39-$42/hour 15-hour shifts with overtime and double time each shift resulting in average hourly earnings of $52-$55/hour.
