Used Car Manager Sky Auto Group (High-Performance Role)

Compensation: $100000 $150000 (Base Aggressive Performance Pay)

This is not a sit-back-and-manage role. This is a hands-on numbers-driven inventory-obsessed position for someone who understands how to acquire the right cars price them to market and turn inventory FAST.

What Youll Own:

• Full responsibility for used car department performance
• Aggressive inventory acquisition (auctions trades street buys)
• Pricing strategy using real-time market data (VAuto etc.)
• Managing inventory turn aging and profitability
• Partnering with sales managers to maximize every opportunity
• Desk deals and support the sales floor when needed
• Ensuring strong online merchandising (photos pricing descriptions)
• Daily accountability to KPIs and performance metrics

What It Takes to Succeed Here:

• Proven success as a Used Car Manager or top-performing Assistant
• Strong understanding of market-based pricing & inventory strategy
• Ability to move quickly and make confident buying decisions
• Track record of driving volume AND gross
• High energy competitive mindset and no-excuses attitude
• Experience with tools like VAuto Dealer track appraisal systems
