Position Overview
HSHS Medical Group and Prairie Cardiovascular Consultants are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Vascular Surgeon to enter a high-volume practice within a high-performing cardiovascular program.
Position Highlights
Immediate high-volume practice with established patient panel and surgical pipeline
Comprehensive mix of open and endovascular procedures
Integrated cardiovascular team including cardiology and cardiothoracic surgery
Access to hybrid OR and advanced imaging technology
Dedicated OR time and strong operational support
APP support for both clinic and inpatient care
Shared call structure designed to support work-life balance
Seamless transition with established referral network across southern Illinois
Position Requirements
Unrestrictive Illinois license prior to start
Board Certified or Board Eligibility in Vascular Surgery
New Fellow Graduates are welcome to apply
Visa Status: H1B supported: J1 ineligible

Base Guarantee

Education Qualifications
- Clinical doctorate is required.
- Competence in delivery of healthcare services for adolescents adults and geriatric patients is required.
- Licensed physician in the state of practice is required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
- Maintain a Controlled Substance license for the state and Federal DEA when applicable to their specialty.
- Must have successfully completed or in the process of completing an accredited residency program.
- Must be board certified or board eligible.

A successful candidates actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience skills training certifications and education.
