Lead Recruiter & HR Generalist

We are looking for a dynamic and people-centered individual to support our recruiting initiatives to help build a workplace where employees feel valued leaders are supported and teams perform at a high level. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for all positions within the business.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting and partner with hiring managers.
• Strengthen onboarding and employee experience.
• Partner with plant leadership on team dynamics and performance.
• Ensure accurate payroll benefits and HRIS execution.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws.
• Administer STD LTD FMLA and LOA.
• Support safety programs and workplace initiatives.
• Support and continuously improve all People Center responsibilities at the Williston and Winooski locations.
• Support and adhere to Twincrafts policies procedures and values.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
