We are seeking a Technology Consultant Senior in Eagan MN to help us build innovative technology experiences that will support Blue Crosss mission to inspire change transform care and improve health for the people we serve.

Your Responsibilities:

• Analyze design test configure debug maintain new or existing Facets Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) APIs systems.
• Work collaboratively on a daily scrum team with a scrum master product owner analysts developers and testers to iteratively deliver functional software to production.
• Provide leadership for projects and products to ensure usability usefulness feasibility and cost effectiveness.
• Work with analysts and customers to establish product or project requirements.
• Contribute innovative solutions while utilizing best practices design standards and governance.
• Perform system administration activities including data loading data migration/conversion data clean-up tasks system integration monitoring etc.
• Research technology trends and contribute to designs and platform decisions.
• Mentor lead train other team members.
• This job may include on-call duties.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Electronics Engineering or related field followed by five (5) years of configuration and administration experience with multiple IT capabilities/technologies.
• 5 years of experience working with Inter-Plan Teleprocessing System (ITS) applications; HIPAA and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) medical transactions; and Postman Oracle SQL Server AWS.
• 3 years of experience in application development platform including Python Gitlab Selenium Junit jQuery SQL Sumo logs and JavaScript.
• 3 years of advanced business and technical experience with TriZetto Facets suite of applications and IBM Master data management (MDM).
• 3 years of experience working with off-shore vendor partners.
• 2 years of experience in Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) APIs.

Our hybrid approach is designed to balance flexibility with meaningful in-person connection and collaboration. We come together in the office two days each week most teams designate at least one anchor day to ensure team interaction. These in-person moments foster relationships creativity and alignment. The rest of the week you are empowered to work remote.
