What Youll Work On
- Build and ship fullstack features end-to-end (backend systems frontend UI)

- Prototype test and launch new features rapidlyoften within days not months

What You Bring
- Strong experience building modern web apps with React and TypeScript
- Backend experience with Python or Go
- Experience with databases like MySQL and high-performance data systems (e.g. ClickHouse)
- Ability to own projects end-to-endfrom design to production
- Experience in fast-paced environments (startups or high-growth teams)
- Strong fundamentals with a bias toward action and shipping
- Experience with languages like Rust Scala or Elixir
