We are seeking aSenior Project Managerto lead critical capital projects that support innovation automation reliability compliance and growth across the site.

In this role you will serve as both atechnical leader and project manager owning projects from concept through startup and operational handoff. Depending on business need and your background this role may be aligned to either ourMaking Process organizationor ourPacking team.

What Youll Do

As a Senior Project Manager you will lead capital programs ranging from$2-20 million. Project types may include:

New product initiatives
Capacity expansion
Cost savings and productivity improvements

Key Responsibilities

Lead capital projects end-to-end from early scope development through design execution startup and handoff
Serve as theholistic project leader balancing technical financial and execution priorities
Manage project scope schedule budget and resource plans to ensure successful delivery
Drive strongcapital management including spend forecasting tracking and change control
Ownrisk managementactivities including identifying mitigating and escalating key risks and issues
Provide effectivecommunication to stakeholdersat all levels from project teams to site leadership
Manage externalvendors contractors and equipment suppliersto ensure quality execution and performance
Maintain and driveCPS trackingand other project reporting/documentation requirements
Partner cross-functionally with operations engineering maintenance quality finance purchasing and other key functions
Ensure projects meet safety quality compliance and performance expectations

Job Qualifications

Required

Bachelors degree inEngineering
5 years of relevant industry experience
Experience leading projects in a manufacturing industrial or technical environment
Demonstrated capability in project planning execution capital management and risk management
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with vendors contractors and cross-functional teams

Preferred

Experience in ahigh-volume highly automated manufacturing environment
Background inprocess/making systemsorpacking/packaging operations
Experience with automation manufacturing technology or equipment integration
Experience managing medium-to-large capital projects
Familiarity with startup commissioning and operational handoff processes
