Job Description / Responsibilities

Maintenance Planning and Scheduling

• Update CMMS with work orders asset information and parts data.
• Stage prioritize and schedule preventive predictive and corrective maintenance.
• Develop weekly/daily schedules plan shutdowns/turnarounds and monitor capacity conflicts.
• Manage contractor/vendor work on-site.

Work Order Management

• Coordinate corrective actions with Operations Engineering Quality and EHS.
• Assign and track safety concerns to closure.
• Create split and update CMMS work orders including inspections and sign-offs.
• Audit documentation to maintain WIP and asset history; ensure proper closeout.
• Track job progress across maintenance shops vendors and labs; escalate delays.

Materials Tooling and MRO Inventory

• Coordinate release and kitting of materials and components.
• Identify component shortages and track purchase/repair orders.
• Request specialized tooling calibrated instruments and permits.
• Monitor packaging handling and storage to prevent damage.

Cross-Functional Coordination and Communication

• Liaise between Maintenance EHS and Operations to resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Ensure contractor/vendor compliance with company and EHS requirements.
• Participate in team meetings; report on schedule cost quality and reliability goals.
• Prepare and deliver job progress and KPI reports.

Reliability Compliance and Documentation

• Support recovery plans for unplanned equipment downtime.
• Maintain job plans SOPs prints and technical documentation.
• Adhere to EHS and regulatory requirements; support audits and corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement and root cause analysis.

Logistics and General Support

• Move materials and tooling as required.
• Coordinate with external contractors/OEMs for specialized maintenance.
• Train and assist employees in CMMS use job planning and standard work.
