Were hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager in Beverly Massachusetts who wants autonomy a flexible hybrid schedule and meaningful impact with older adults without bedside demands.

Youll step into a community-based role focused on developing individualized plans of care coordinating services and ensuring continuity for patients living at home. This position does not require direct bedside care. Youll spend three days in the community meeting patients and two days working remotely on care coordination and follow-up.

Youll practice in Beverly Massachusetts a coastal North Shore community known for its scenic shoreline strong community feel and proximity to Boston.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary ranging from $84000 to $108000 based on experience
