Registered Building Inspector (RBI 2A/B)
Location:West London
Contract Length:36 Month Rolling Contract
Rate:50 65 per hour
The Opportunity
A leading client inWest Londonis seeking an experiencedRegistered Building Inspector (Class 2A/B with RBI 2E/F preferred)to support their Building Control team on a36 month rolling contract.
You will work across a varied portfolio of domestic and commercial projects (dependent on your RBI grading) with flexibility to focus on the types of schemes that best fit your experience and technical strengths.
Fully remote working is available with office presence optional if preferred. You will be joining a greatclose-knit team that works exceptionally well together.
This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to significant developments across West London and secure a stable contract with competitive hourly rates.
Key Requirements
- Registered Building Inspector:RBI 2A/B (RBI 2E/F preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and associated legislation
- Experience delivering inspections across domestic and commercial projects
- Ability to work independently and maintain high professional standards
