As a Catalog Specialist you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing our product catalogs on and Nexpart to ensure accuracy completeness and overall excellence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including pricing marketing and operations to ensure that our eCommerce platforms reflect the latest product offerings and provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Qualifications:
- Industry experience & auto parts knowledge preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with customers and suppliers.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies including Product Information Management (PIM) systems.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Passion for eCommerce and the automotive parts industry with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Execute the end-to-end process of adding updating and maintaining the product catalog for automotive parts on our eCommerce platforms.
- Communicate with suppliers to source accurate and up-to-date product data including specifications images and fitment information.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of product information including product titles descriptions images pricing fitment data and attributes sourced from suppliers
- Utilize your knowledge of automotive parts to accurately categorize products and ensure they are easily discoverable.
- Learn and proficiently use our Product Information Management (PIM) system to manage product data and enrich product listings.
- Optimize product listings for search visibility and conversion by implementing best practices for SEO metadata and keyword optimization.
- Collaborate with merchandising and marketing teams to develop compelling product content including engaging product descriptions features and benefits.
- Provide Nexpart support by assisting with account setup catalog configuration and customer questions.
- Stay informed about industry trends competitor offerings and eCommerce best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our product catalog.
