Job Summary
What you will do:
As a Logistics Supervisor on Strykers ProCare team you will play a key role in overseeing employees engaged in shipping receiving and warehouse activities. Youll maintain a positive work environment ensure compliance with safety and quality standards and provide leadership in a fast-paced world-class production will be an onsite role with 11 direct reports.
Supervise and support warehouse employees providing hands-on leadership while ensuring visibility and access throughout shifts
Maintain compliance with safety quality and operational standards by implementing established policies and procedures
Motivate and develop team members to meet daily operational goals and drive continuous improvement
Partner with cross-functional teams including Quality Materials Customer Care and Finance to streamline processes and foster collaboration
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistical operations ensuring efficient transportation and inventory management to meet organizational needs
Lead process improvement initiatives leveraging your expertise to optimize warehouse performance and material flow
Collaborate daily with production support teams to address topics like staffing materials quality engineering and forecasting
Translate high-level business strategies into actionable plans making decisions that align with Strykers overall objectives
Required:
Bachelors degree
4 years experience of relevant work experience
Preferred Skills:
- SAP EWM
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma management systems and philosophies
$101000 - $168400 USD Annual
