About the Internship:
We are seeking an analytical detail-oriented Financial Analyst Intern to support key growth initiatives across our global portfolio of industrial automation and engineered equipment businesses. This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop strong financial acumen contribute to high-impact projects and gain exposure to a fastgrowing privately held organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Budgeting Forecasting & Modeling: Assist in building financial forecasts scenario models and projections to support business planning and investment decisions.
- Data Analytics: Analyze operational and financial performance data; identify trends risks and opportunities; and translate insights into clear recommendations.
- Financial Planning: Support month-end reporting budgeting cycles variance analysis and strategic planning activities.
- Communication & Presentation: Prepare polished presentations dashboards and executive-ready summaries to communicate findings to finance leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Accounting:Analyzing product costs margins variances or reconciling accounts.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a bachelors degree in Finance Business Economics Investments Accountingor a related field.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule at our Downers Grove IL location.
- Expected graduation between December 2026 and June 2027.
- Strong analytical skills attention to detail and proficiency with Excel and/or data visualization tools preferred.
- Curiosity initiative and the ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
