Location: Hoffman estates IL

Salary Range (Geo Diff): $80K -$100K

What Youll Do

• Buildconsensus demand plansthrough collaboration with Sales and Purchasing.

• Incorporatemacroeconomic factorsinto planning decisions.

• Evaluate and adjustSafety Stock levelsas needed.

• ManageBill-of-Materials (BOM)relationships and maintain accurate parameters.

• Aggregate and forecastDemand Forecasting Units (DFUs)for business needs.

• Maintain planning parameters forSKUsbased on objectives and input from cross-functional teams.

• Supportcustomer-specific supply chain activities ensuring accurate and timely planning.

• Responsibility: Sales Offices at Hoffman Estates IL and Dallas TX with partial support for Bolingbrook IL

• Travel:Could require up to 20%

What Were Looking For

• Work Authorization:Must meetITAR regulationsto be considered

• Bachelors degree in business Supply Chain Economics Data Analytics or related field
  (or 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree)

• 3 yearsin sales analytics supply chain or demand planning.

• Strongcommunication and negotiation skills.

• Ability toorganize multiple prioritiesand work independently.

• AdvancedMicrosoft Officeskills (Excel Word PowerPoint).

Preferred:

• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.

• Experience withstatistical forecasting techniquesanddata analysis.

• Familiarity withBlue YonderandSAPplatforms.
