Senior Manager, Maintenance

Role Purpose:

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the maintenance function at the brewery. This position will set direction goals ensure compliance and provide leadership for the entire plant maintenance organization. The Maintenance Manager will lead a diverse team of maintenance technicians planners and schedulers to meet plant KPIs while leading and maintaining the utmost safety standards.

Accountabilities & Impact:

• Ensure that there exists within the maintenance team an attitude of absolute intolerance for unsafe situations.
• Provides leadership and is responsible for oversight of the brewing maintenance function.
• Lead a world class maintenance program to include predictive preventative and reactive maintenance items.
• Build successful interaction between production quality and warehouse teams in equipment repairs and maintenance.
• Ensure that the technical integrity and availability of equipment that complies with all regulations.
• Invest in and build capability of team members.

Skills & Experiences Needed:

• B.S. Engineering with minimum 7 yrs. experience w/ minimum of 3 years of supervisory/managerial experience
• experience in Industrial Automation PLCs Pneumatics Mechanical Electrical and Hydraulic preferably in the packaging Industry.
• Working knowledge of batch ingredient addition fermentation filtration refrigeration systems pasteurization and aluminum can /bottle packaging systems.
