Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents guests and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents resident concerns and/or critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner documenting observations and reporting issues to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings common areas parking areas and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity hazards and/or unauthorized access.
• Monitor entrances exits and amenity areas to help support property rules manage visitor access and address disturbances or policy violations in accordance with site procedures.
• Support a professional presence at the location by communicating clearly with residents and staff completing required reports and assisting with security-related concerns as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Fluency in speaking reading and writing Spanish is required.
• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
