Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC isseeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation services. The role focuses on evaluating treating and improving functional mobility for patients in an outpatient setting with a high-volume orthopedic caseload.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation services
- Deliver therapeutic exercises and manual therapy interventions
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and outcomes
- Meet productivity expectations and manage daily patient load
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure continuity of care
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist (State licensure required)
- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
- New graduates not accepted
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
- Ability to manage high patient volume efficiently
