Industrial Maintenance Technician
Location: Richmond MO
Schedule: Full-Time 1st or 2nd Shift Available

What Youll Be Responsible For
- Maintain and repair industrial equipment across mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement effective solutions
- Support automated systems including troubleshooting PLC-related issues
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance to reduce downtime
- Respond to urgent repair needs and restore production quickly
- Collaborate with production teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency
What Were Looking For
- Proven experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills (including PLC exposure)
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on solution-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency
- Dependable team-focused approach to daily work
Pay Benefits & Perks
- $40 $45/hour based on experience (increased from original range)
- Overtime available with double time on Sundays
