Our Supply Chain organization has an opportunity for a procurement professional (Senior Supervisor Supply Chain Management) who thrives in a dynamic environment. You will be a part of high-level activity and collaborative environment as part of our procurement this role you will be responsible for the overall procurement activities for material supporting the Raytheon business unit. You will work very closely with external suppliers as well with internal customers and functional areas to support a broad portfolio of programs across Raytheon.

What You Will Do:

• Supervise a team of acquisition professionals as their lead responsible for managing their workloads goals career & performance development compliance of Sourcing packages and supplier/internal customer issues.
• Manages escalations and resolution of internal customer and/or supplier issues.
• Drive the success for metrics NIINs submitted to DLA per month.
• Preparation of all manner of solicitations including Requests for Quote (RFQ).
• Analyze quotations/proposals utilizing price/cost analysis techniques.
• Manage your own workload (approximately 10-15 proposals per month).
• Perform risk analysis and develop mitigation plans and solutions to problems.
• Travel to RTX and supplier facilities as deemed necessary.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
• Direct experience in procurement and / or purchasing
• Experience in compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS) or within a heavily regulated or large manufacturing industry such as pharmaceutical medical space aviation power generation or automotive
• Experience in written contractual authorization/vehicles such as; Firm Fixed Price Cost Plus etc.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Supervisory/leadership experience leading a team
• Experience using standard computer systems focused on supplier management process (SAP / Maximo)
• Experience filtering information from multiple sources to drive innovative solutions
• Experience working with MS Word Excel PowerPoint and other productivity tools as well as knowledge of supply chain processes

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 86800 USD - 165200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including but not limited to individual performance business unit performance and/or the companys performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
