We are seeking Field Materials Testing Technicians to join our team in Flagstaff AZ. This is a great opportunity to develop a meaningful career in construction materials testing whether you are just starting out or already certified. We are looking for individuals who take initiative enjoy working outdoors and are committed to producing quality work.

Compensation: $18-20/hour (depending on experience)
Location: Flagstaff AZ
FLSA Exemption: Non-Exempt
Schedule: Hours may vary

What youll be doing:

• Perform field tests on construction materials (e.g. soils concrete asphalt)

• Verify conformance to construction plans and specifications

• Accurately complete daily field reports and datasheets

• Follow testing procedures and safety guidelines

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

• Operate and maintain testing equipment and company vehicle

What you have:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid drivers license (required)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor environments

• Ability to pass a drug test

• Strong attention to detail and initiative

What will make you stand out:

• ACI certification in Soils Concrete or Asphalt

• Previous experience with field testing

• Consistent and accurate documentation

• Willingness to learn and grow with the company

Note: Candidates without certifications will be considered-CMT will provide training.
