As the go-to person for retailers distributors and internal teams you will be working normal day-time business hours Monday-Friday. You will go straight to our client and depending on experience and ability you will earn awage of $18.00-$24.00per hour.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone email portal regarding orders pricing shipping invoicing returns claims.
- Coordinate with sales warehouse and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery.
- Track and manage shipments.
- Build and manage strong relationships with customers.
- Proactively communicate delays or issues.
- Continually improve processes and customer experience.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Aminimum of two years customer service experience in the flooring industry isrequired.
- Experience with AS400strongly preferred.
- Solution-oriented attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Excellent phone presence and written communication skills.
