Distribution Center Shift Supervisor (4pm 12:30am)

Location: LeeSar & CSF Regional Center 2727 Winkler Ave. Fort Myers FL 33901

LeeSar is seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations within our Distribution Center. This hands-on leadership role is critical to ensuring safe accurate and efficient receiving and distribution activities that support hospitals and healthcare systems across SW Florida. As a DC Shift Supervisor youll guide teams oversee workflows and serve as a supply chain expert making a direct impact on service quality productivity and associate development.

What Youll Do:

Lead Daily Distribution Operations

• Supervise day-to-day receiving distribution and breakdown activities
• Assign work monitor performance & ensure productivity & accuracy standards are met
• Actively mentor coach and develop distribution associates

Ensure Safety Quality & Compliance

• Identify address and escalate safety concerns
• Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and HIPAA requirements
• Maintain clean safe and organized work areas

Support People & Performance

• Train new hires on processes policies and material handling equipment
• Assist with employee evaluations coaching and corrective action
• Serve as a role model who promotes teamwork accountability and engagement

Coordinate Across the Supply Chain

• Partner with internal departments to support delivery schedules and fill rates
• Communicate operational issues that may impact customer service or deliveries
• Oversee accurate timekeeping scheduling and staffing within budget guidelines

Oversee Receiving & Inventory Accuracy

• Ensure accurate product receiving data entry and inventory adjustments
• Coordinate freight schedules and vendor communications
• Monitor order picking auditing labeling and damage prevention

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a distribution center environment
• Prior supervisory or lead experience (preferred)
• Strong communication organization and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced high-volume environment
• Comfort using warehouse systems and basic computer applications (Excel Word WMS)
• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
