• Serve as the lead power washing technician for your crew.
• Drive the truck and equipment to the project each day.
• Employ the proper power washing and cleaning procedures.
• Work as a team to complete the project in a professional manner.
• Follow safety protocols.
• Ensure all equipment is operational before and after each shift.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.

• 1-3 years of professional pressure washing experience is required.
• Proficiency in driving large vehicles is an advantage.
• Experience working outdoors is required.
• Ability to safely climb ladders and work on roofs.
• Capable of lifting up to 50lbs.
• Must possess a valid Drivers License and maintain a clean driving record.

• The position is primarily Monday through Friday 8am-5pm.
• The position may require overnight and weekend shifts depending on client schedules.

• The role offers a base compensation range of $20 - $25 per hour.
• Potential for monthly performance bonuses.
