• Restoration: 3 years of experience in the Restoration Industry.
• Leadership Pro: 1 year of supervisory or project management experience.
• Technical Savvy: Deep knowledge of mitigation labor professional supplies and restoration equipment.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to inspire a team.
• The Basics: High School Diploma and a Valid Drivers License.

• Team Leadership: Recruit hire and mentor a diverse team of Assistant Production Managers Crew Chiefs and Technicians.
• Operational Excellence: Lead daily Work-in-Progress (WIP) meetings to coordinate resources for efficient production.
• Quality Standards: Train the team on SERVPRO mitigation guidelines and ensure strict compliance with all safety and uniform policies.
• Performance Culture: Provide regular feedback and conduct annual performance evaluations to help your team grow.

• Rapid Response: Lead our 1-4-8 commitmentcontact the customer within 1 hour have a crew on-site within 4 and provide updates within 8.
• Expert Scoping: Conduct clear pretesting and scoping of services to create accurate project cost estimates.
• Financial Oversight: Manage project timelines and production costs to maintain established rates and maximize profitability.
• Asset Management: Ensure all vehicles equipment and facilities are well-maintained and in working order.

• Elite Representation: Act as the face of the company for homeowners property managers and Centers of Influence (COIs) such as insurance adjusters.
• Problem Solver: Promptly resolve customer concerns and complaints to maintain our reputation for excellence.
