2. JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE
Summary of the main purpose of the job as the basic function and scope of the job in terms of organization geographic areas supported financial or other volume/size metrics strategic impact and nature of supervision received or exercised related to the job in a descriptive manner
The position holder is expected to be a focal point who coordinates and communicates all project related matters between PSCM and other internal stakeholders.
3. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Areas of Accountabilities (list up to 10 prime activities)
(Describe concisely each principal work activity listed in logical order normally the list with include the most important duty first indicating important decision and recommendations made if applicable; start sentences with action verbs first)
Lead and review the MR’s received and ensure all related documents are provided.
Distribute the MRs among the buyers in coordination with purchasing division head and keep track.
Conduct weekly review meeting with purchasing team and other stakeholders.
Develop tracking sheets and make sure of proper up-date.
Coordinate new missing or returned documents/drawings etc. between PSCM and internal
stakeholders such as but not limited Engineering/Operations/BD.
Attend project meetings to coordinate and update the status of materials/services flow.
Provide detailed updates to all stakeholders on the status of document submittals and requests to/from
PSCM.
Provide timely information and support to internal stakeholders.
Coordinate with IMI warehouse/project team to ensure GRN/SES is completed and posted in ERP
system.
Verify/review make necessary copies prepare transmittal letters and forward them to Logistics Team.
Review proposals with the technical team for compliance with project requirements.
Fulfill additional responsibilities and misc. expediting functions as required to support the Project.
4. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Education Bachelor’s degree in business administration engineering or equivalent.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Experience At least 9 years of experience in relevant field.
