Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to define and execute the strategy for our Pharma practice. The role entails working with Senior Enterprise Leaders to identify problems of value and design the optimal addition the role would require defining the strategy to ensure maximum effectiveness of the practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background exceptional organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Job Responsibilities :
As a Solutions Architect - Pharma in the Solutioning Team you will be leading the Pharma practice to ensure MathCo’s effective positioning of our offerings and expertise.

As a Solutions Architect - Pharma your role will entail:

• Defining the Strategy around the positioning and offerings of the Pharma practice.
• Provide guidance and intel to the GTM teams as they operationalize the Pharma growth strategies.
• Lead conversations with Enterprise stakeholders to assess their current state and identify problems of business value.
• Lead the research and operations practice to design the best in class solutions for identified problems
• Lead the teams to design and create an effective way of working process
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams translating client requirements and delivering tailored data and analytics solutions.
• Demonstrating proficiency in estimating and aligning a realistic end-to-end data science project roadmap ensuring buy-in from respective internal and client stakeholders
• Fostering a collaborative environment by mentoring team members promoting continuous learning and instilling an innovation culture.
• Exhibiting a keen understanding of business needs and challenges with the ability to translate technical insights into business value positioning yourself as a strategic partner in decision making. Articulating complex data science problems in a clear and concise manner ensuring a shared understanding among diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrating outstanding presentation skills conveying technical concepts with clarity and impact during pitch meetings and workshops.
• Bridging the communication divide between technical and non-technical stakeholders by customizing messaging to suit diverse audiences.
• Demonstrating exceptional proficiency in business communication and persuasion effectively influencing key decision-makers with the advantages stemming from our Data Science solutions

Skills Required
• Expertise in leading data and analytics projects in Pharma Manufacturing.
• Experienced in solution design for multiple functional areas within Pharma.
• Ability to synthesize and present elegant data stories business presentations.
• Ability to lead conversations with senior stakeholders in Global Enterprises.
• Ability to manage teams and foster growth.


Preferred Qualification
• Hold a master’s or bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science Statistics Computer Science or a related discipline.
