Job Role
General Manager – Operations to oversee and optimize end-to-end operations. The role focuses on driving efficiency controlling costs ensuring quality and compliance and leading cross-functional teams while supporting expansion initiatives and continuous improvement to achieve business growth

Key Responsibilities
* Ensure seamless execution of daily operations across functions maintaining productivity and minimizing disruptions
* Drive process improvements to enhance production efficiency reduce quality issues and achieve cost savings
* Lead and support strategic initiatives including factory setup warehouse development and expansion projects
* Manage operational costs through effective resource utilization and strict budget adherence
* Lead mentor and develop teams while building strong leadership pipelines and succession plans
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards such as ISO FSSC HACCP and statutory requirements
* Optimize inventory levels to balance demand reduce holding costs and prevent stockouts
* Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality timely delivery and cost advantages
* Define track and analyze KPIs to drive performance improvements and strategic alignment
* Enforce company policies ensuring discipline accountability and adherence across teams
