Position Overview
The Production Supervisor leads a team of manufacturing employees to ensure daily operations are executed safely efficiently and in full alignment with SQDC (Safety Quality Delivery and Cost) objectives. This role oversees scheduling workflow performance and training while maintaining high product quality standards. The supervisor plays a critical role in coaching employees resolving issues and driving continuous this position you directly influence SQDC results and support a culture of operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daytoday assembly and production operations to meet safety quality delivery and cost objectives.
Develop and manage daily work schedules ensuring compliance with standard work procedures.
Monitor production data to identify trends issues and opportunities for improvement.
Train develop and evaluate team members through effective performance management and recognition.
Participate in interviewing hiring and onboarding new team members.
Hold employees accountable with timely coaching feedback and corrective action when necessary.
Communicate and enforce company policies work practices and procedures.
Identify and remove obstacles to performance using datadriven problemsolving methods.
Champion and sustain continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in production manufacturing or quality.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a production environment.
Strong decisionmaking skills with sound judgment.
Demonstrated ability to coach mentor and engage a diverse team.
Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities with the capacity to prioritize effectively.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality when required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to regularly lift/move up to 10 lbs. frequently up to 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 40 lbs.
This position is not eligible for sponsorship.
The starting pay range for California is $75000 to $100000 per year. Individual salaries and positioning within the range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education experience knowledge skills and geography. While individual pay could fall anywhere in the range based on these factors it is not common to start at the high end or top of the range.
