Cirris Inc. is seeking a driven and consultative Regional Sales Representative to promote and sell industryleading electrical cable and wire harness test equipment to manufacturing MRO government and OEM customers within an assigned this role you will manage the full sales cycleidentifying customer needs recommending technical solutions building longterm customer relationships and driving revenue growth.

This position combines strategic territory management with handson customer engagement. You will collaborate closely with engineering marketing and customer support teams to deliver highquality solutions and an exceptional customer experience while representing Cirris with professionalism and integrity.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales goals within an assigned geographic territory.

  • Identify qualify and pursuenew salesopportunities with manufacturing MRO government and OEM customers.

  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers to support repeat business and long-term partnerships.

  • Assess customer needs and recommendappropriate electricaltesting products and solutions.

  • Prepare and deliver professional product presentations demonstrations and proposals.

  • Negotiate pricing and contractual terms within established company guidelines.

  • Manage the full sales cycle including lead generation forecasting pipeline management and order processing.

  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing engineering and customer support to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Maintainaccurateandtimelyrecords of sales activities customer interactions and forecasts using company systems.

  • Monitor market conditions competitor activity and customer trends to inform sales strategies.

  • Represent the company at trade shows customer meetings and industry events asrequired.

  • Comply withall company policies ethical standards and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Provide responsive professional and high-quality customer service before during and after the sale.

Travel:

  • Regular travel isrequiredwithin the assigned geographic territory to visit customers prospective clients and business partners.

  • Travel may include day trips and overnight stays depending on customer needs sales activities and territory size.

  • Attendance at trade shows training sessions sales meetings and industry events may requireadditionaltravel.

  • The ability to travel by car or commercial transportationin accordance withcompany guidelines isrequired.

  • Travel requirements may vary based on business needs.



Qualifications

Education/Experience

  • Bachelors degree in business engineering or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.

  • Minimum of5years of progressive B2B sales experiencedemonstratingindependent judgment and accountability for results.

  • Experience selling industrial electrical technical or capital equipment is preferred.

  • Proventrack recordof achieving or exceeding sales revenue goals while managing an assigned territory with limited direct supervision.

  • Experience developing and executing sales strategies aligned with businessobjectives.

  • Ability to learn understand and communicate technical information related to electrical testing products and applications.

  • Experience delivering professional product demonstrations presentations and solution proposals is preferred.

  • Understanding ofsales cycles contract processes and customerpurchasingenvironments.

  • Advanced consultative selling skills including the ability to analyze customer requirements and deliver tailored product solutions.

  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills including the ability to make recommendations on pricing product positioning and sales strategy within established guidelines.

  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability tooperateautonomously while balancing multiple priorities.

  • Demonstrated organization planning and time-management skills in a results-driven environment.

  • Proficiencywith CRM systems sales reporting tools and standard business software.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate customer needs market conditions and sales performance data.

PhysicalRequirements:

  • Physical demands:Regularly lift 50 pounds and use of hand and wrists when typing information on keyboard. Must be able to twist reach overhead crawl stoop and bend to the lift 50 pounds.

  • Visual accommodation: Must be able to read written materials and instructions to communicate with co-workers and customers.

  • Hearing accommodation: Must be able to make and receive phone calls.

  • Working conditions: Employee works in a clean environment with little exposure to fumes and may occasionally be performed in a manufacturingtypeenvironment.
