Summary

Shape the future of mental health care at CentraCare by joining a collaborative outpatient psychiatry practice in St. Cloud Minnesota. This role offers the opportunity to deliver compassionate comprehensive psychiatric care within an integrated behavioral health model supported by a strong multidisciplinary team and the flexibility to support multiple areas of care across the continuum.

Schedule

• Full-time 1.0 FTE Onsite CentraCare Plaza St. Cloud MN

• Day shifts 8am-5pm

  • Minimal call by phone rotation support from telepsychiatry and moonlighters

Pay and Benefits

• Salary range:$300000 - $333000 per year

  • Pay may be determined by factors such as education experience skills knowledge location and internal equity

  • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

  • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses quality incentives or production-based compensation.

Qualifications

Required:

• BE/BC in Psychiatry

• Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure

CentraCares outpatient Behavioral Health clinic at CentraCare Plaza is supported by a well-established psychiatry team that includes adult and child/adolescent psychiatrists psychologists integrated behavioral health providers and counseling staff. The practice emphasizes team-based care collaboration across disciplines and access to system-wide specialty resources within a large integrated health system and regional referral center.
