Reliant Healthcare Group is hiringSpeech-Language Pathologists (SLPs)to join ourclinic-based pediatric therapy team in Katy TX. This is afull-time outpatient pediatric rolewith a consistent schedule strong clinical support and a collaborative team environment.

To support flexibility and attract exceptional clinicians we offer two compensation modelsfor our therapy team members: Hourly Compensation or Pay-Per-Visit (PPV). Each model is designed to ensure fairness transparency and growth while maintaining consistency in patient care.

• A traditional 40-hour work week

What Youll Do

• Provide speech and language therapy to pediatric patients in a clinic setting
• Complete evaluations treatment plans and progress notes
• Collaborate with families and an interdisciplinary clinical team
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and company standards

Qualifications

• ActiveTexas SLP license REQUIRED
• Pediatric experiencepreferred
• CFYs and SLPs transitioning into pediatrics are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and documentation skills
