Primary Purpose and Essential Functions:Toprovideexceptional customer service as well as administrative support for the service department.

General Duties/Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls directed to the service department and follow up with customersin a professional manner
Schedule andcoordinate service appointments

Review & process technician accuracy andthat notesare presented in away that is easy to understand
Preparing service quotes andrelayto customers
Open reviewand close repair accuracy and file warranty claims

Stay current on warranty guidelines/requirementsin order toensureoptimalreimbursementand develop relationships with our manufacturers

Follow up on shortedwarranty claimsandrecoveras much as possible

Monitor recalls from manufacturers and ensure compliance
Work with Service Manager to achieve overall company goals as well as branch location goals
May perform additional duties as assigned by leadership

Qualification Requirements:
HS diploma or equivalentwithsomeapplicable shop service or maintenancemanagement/administration experience
Proficient and productivewith Microsoft Word & Excel typing 45 wpmand10-key calculator CRT/Data Entryand the ability to learn new systems
Ability to lift a weight of 50# or more on occasion
Ability to solve practical problems and to read/interpret instructions furnished in written oral diagram or schedule form
Successful candidate will have a positive attitude provencommunicationskillsenjoy being part of a team and a desire toprovide great customer service

Desired Qualifications:

Technical or mechanicalexperience

Warranty administration experience

Basic understanding of parts and inventory management

Customer service experience

Day Shift: Monday Friday
Wage -$23-$25per hour DOE
