• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone text and email
• Schedule appointments for Design Associates and manage follow-ups on open proposals
• Ensure a smooth professional and positive experience for every customer
• Support and execute local marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness
• Represent the business at home shows and community events (occasional evenings/weekends)

• Maintain an organized welcoming office environment
• Manage calendars scheduling and internal coordination
• Update Salesforce daily with job progress and customer information (training provided)
• Partner with bookkeeping support and maintain accurate records in QuickBooks Online
• Assist in tracking projects timelines and customer communication
• Meet weekly with the Owner to review sales performance and project pipeline

• Take ownership of key administrative and operational functions
• Participate in weekly planning and strategy meetings
• Help improve processes and identify efficiencies
• Contribute ideas that shape the future of the business

• Strong communication skills (especially over the phone)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with QuickBooks Online required
• Comfortable learning and using CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus)
• Self-motivated proactive and solutions-oriented
• Experience in flooring construction or home improvement is a plus (not required)
