What Youll Be Doing

• Maintain accurate production inventory and ticketing records using company systems.
• Support daily plant operations through timely data entry and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with plant leadership drivers and customers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Assist with order processing reporting and routine administrative tasks.
• Help ensure compliance with company procedures safety standards and operational practices.

What Are We Looking For

• Manage inbound and outbound truck weighing verify load details issue tickets and maintain accurate scale records to support inventory and billing. Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a high volume fast paced environment.
• Serve as the first point of contact for drivers vendors and customers providing clear information and resolving routine questions or issues.
• Perform plant administrative tasks including data entry filing document control timekeeping and preparation of daily/weekly reports.
• Coordinate with production dispatch and management to ensure accurate scheduling material availability and timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain organized logs tickets and documentation to support audits compliance requirements and operational reporting
• Support workflow efficiency by identifying discrepancies addressing ticket or load issues and assisting with continuous improvement of administrative processes.

Work Environment
This role works onsite in an active plant environment supporting both office and operational activities. You will regularly interact with plant personnel handle administrative tasks and engage with systems that support production and customer service.
