Your Role
As an Occupational Therapist at Bear Creek Senior Living youll be a vital part of a compassionate team dedicated to enriching the lives of our residents. Your duties will include:
- Evaluating residents physical emotional and cognitive abilities using standardized assessments
- Developing and executing individualized care plans that address mobility self-care and daily functioning
- Educating residents and caregivers on the use of adaptive equipment techniques and home programs
- Documenting evaluations treatments and progress in accordance with regulatory and company standards
- Consulting on facility modifications and ergonomics to enhance accessibility and safety
- Supervising and collaborating with Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) as applicable
- Participating in interdisciplinary care planning and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current registration with NBCOT and licensed (or license-eligible) in the state of Colorado
- Minimum one year of experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered mindset
- Excellent communication collaboration and documentation skills
- Familiarity with adaptive tools splinting positioning and environmental design considerations

Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act
Pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act the expected compensation range for this position is $32.00 and $45.00 per hour. Actual compensation may vary based on experience education and other relevant factors.
