Provide operational leadership in the design development implementation administration and communication of global wellbeing programs
Lead the design development executionand continuous improvementof our onboarding program ensuring an effective engaging experience for new hires
Evaluate and optimize wellbeing programs for market competitiveness cost-effectiveness and alignment with business strategy to attract and retain top talent
Partner across functions to support the developmentand realization of our broader people and culture strategy focusing on Employee Engagement Inclusion &Belongingand Wellbeing related goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide operational leadership in the design development implementationadministrationand communication of global wellbeing programs
- Evaluate andoptimizewellbeing programs for market competitiveness cost-effectiveness and alignment with business strategy to attract andretaintop talent.
- Drive engagement and awareness by promoting offerings conducting outreach providing education sessions and coordinating onsite wellbeing initiatives.
- Build and sustain a network of wellbeing champions to advocate for programs and support continuous improvement.
- Lead the design development execution and continuousimprovementof our onboarding program ensuring an effective engaging experience for new hires
- Facilitate a hybridorientationincluding building tour (Oakbrook only) for all U.S. based non-production new hires;Partner with TA & HR Ops to verify documentation for new hires.
- Coordinate/partner with other locations to ensure consistent onboarding experience for new hires.
- Collaborate with the talent team to deliver impactful programs that elevatethe employeeexperience - focusing on skill development cultural alignment engagement and holistic wellbeing.
- Support the talent team in gathering and analyzing dataand key metrics to guide strategic priorities measure success and drive organizational change.
- In alignment withourInclusion &Belongingpracticesprovideguidance and support for the governance of Business Resource Groups ensuring alignment in structure processes and funding.
- Represent the CG brand in professional settings with external stakeholders where appropriate
- Protect Chamberlain Groups reputation by keeping information confidential.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops reading professional publicationsestablishingpersonal networks andparticipatingin professional societies.
- Contribute to the team effort byaccomplishingrelated results andparticipatingonprojects as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience
- Experience leading benefits wellbeing or employee lifecycle initiatives or programs
- Experience managing external vendors
- Experience with cross-functional project management
- Proficiencyin MS 365 (Word PowerPoint & Excel) data visualization and familiarity with HRIS Systems.
- Strong analytical capability (Turning raw data into actionable employee insights and/or business strategies and evaluating program effectiveness)
- Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas employee insights or strategies to key stakeholders
- Strong presentation facilitation and collaboration skills
- Exceptional project management capability
Other: This is a Hybrid role with 3-4 days in to travel up to 15% domestically
The pay range for this position is $85500.00 - $139350.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including but not limited to the position offered location education training and/or addition to base pay also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
