We are seeking a Supply Chain Strategy Manager to shape and advance our longterm supply chain vision challenging the status quo and driving transformational change across the enterprise.

This is a senior highly visible role for a strategic thinker who combines deep supply chain expertise with strong business acumen emerging technology insight and the ability to influence at the executive level.

Position Overview:

The Supply Chain Strategy Manager is responsible for defining and evolving Lennoxs longterm supply chain strategy to support business growth dynamic market conditions and evolving customer expectations. This role focuses on delivering breakthrough improvements through innovative operating models advanced technologies and AIenabled capabilities that improve efficiency productivity and agility across the global supply chain network.

Key Responsibilities:

Enterprise Supply Chain Strategy

• Lead the development execution and continuous refinement of the 5year supply chain strategy ensuring alignment with corporate objectives sales growth plans and customer requirements
• Conduct enterpriselevel assessments of supply chain capabilities operating models and network design to identify opportunities for competitive differentiation
• Shape futurestate supply chain roadmaps that improve resilience scalability cost structure and service performance

Innovation & Technology Enablement

• Identify evaluate and introduce emerging supply chain technologies including AI advanced analytics automation digital platforms and decisionsupport tools
• Partner closely with IT data science teams and external technology providers to pilot validate and scale innovative solutions
• Drive faster datadriven decisionmaking and improved visibility across planning sourcing manufacturing logistics and fulfillment

Transformation & Performance Improvement

• Challenge existing practices and drive transformational change in productivity operating efficiency service levels and operational agility
• Introduce best practices and benchmark Lennox performance against industry leaders and bestinclass supply chain organizations
• Translate strategic concepts into actionable initiatives with measurable outcomes

Executive Partnership & Communication

• Synthesize complex analyses into clear compelling insights and recommendations for senior and executive leadership
• Support enterprise decisionmaking related to investments prioritization and longterm value creation
• Influence without authority across functions to align stakeholders around strategic initiatives

Culture & Organizational Impact

• Promote a culture of innovation continuous improvement and strategic thinking within the supply chain organization
• Serve as a thought leader and trusted advisor elevating strategic supply chain capabilities across the enterprise

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
• Extensive experience in supply chain strategy transformation or advanced supply chain leadership roles
• Proven track record of developing and executing longterm enterpriselevel supply chain strategies
• Strong knowledge of modern supply chain technologies AI applications and digital transformation
• Exceptional analytical problemsolving and strategic thinking capabilities
• Executivelevel communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and crossfunctional partners
• Ability to operate effectively in complex matrixed environments with broad organizational impact

Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $144000- $189000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills education experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Companys applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
