About the role
Define create and deliver integrated global marketing plans that drive pipeline generation accelerate existing opportunities and support expansion aligned to product and commercial priorities.
Measure and report on performance using diagnostics and insight to recommend and implement improvements.
Design and execute growth experiments and A/B tests to improve performance across acquisition activation retention and expansion stages.
Partner closely with Product Marketing Sales and other cross-functional teams to ensure marketing activity is relevant timely and impactful.
Share insights learnings and best practices with peers and the wider marketing team to drive continuous improvement.
Support reporting analysis and implementation of growth initiatives.
What makes you a great fit
Experience executing and managing B2B marketing programmes or campaigns ideally within a software or technology environment.
Experience measuring marketing performance and using data to inform decisions and improvements.
The ability to manage projects end-to-end balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
A collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally with sales product marketing or similar teams.
