Job Summary
Position Summary
A SIGN -ON BONUS OF $3497 IS AVAILABLE FOR THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT OF THIS POSITION PAID IN 2 INSTALLMENTS WITHIN 12 MONTHS OF HIRE : $1748.50 WITHIN 30 DAYS OF HIRE DATE & $1748.50 12 MONTHS AFTER HIRE DATE . This position provides floor maintenance service in campus building interior areas including offices lounges restrooms student housing classrooms laboratories entrances exits and common areas and across a wide variety of floor surfaces including but not limited to: VCT marble slate cement terrazzo ceramic tile wood and cork. This position may be required occasionally to provide general cleaning duties to include vacuuming sweeping mopping dusting and trash removal. Must have a valid NC Drivers License or ability to obtain one prior to start date.

M-F 7:00AM 4:00PM
