Job Summary
Golden Reserve is looking for an experienced paraplanner and client services team manager to lead our paraplanner team across the country (current team size is 17 paraplanners and growing). This is a player-coach role that is 50% paraplanner and 50% leadership management as the team grows more time will be required for leadership management. The expectation will be to establish yourself as a top paraplanner performer over the first 12 months and we will gradually add to your management and leadership responsibilities as you become more acclimated with your team and our systems.
We are a full-service RIA and insurance firm that built our company trying to not just change the financial industry for the retirees we serve but for the team of financial professionals we a short period of time we have grown to 40 offices covering 9 states and are just getting started.
The paraplanner manager team is responsible for building out financial plans managing open annuity application processing until issuance prepping all custodian and insurance paperwork running policy delivery meetings annual review preparation and being the first line for communication for all client requests and communication. A positive attitude and organized approach to priorities are the secrets to this positions success.
Golden Reserves lead generation is driven by its nationwide radio and television show ( seminar workshops digital and world-class client services.

o $100000 - $125000 annual salary based on experience

We Require:
- Three (3) Years of management experience (having direct reports)
- Five (5) Years of professional service paraplanner experience
- Ohio Life and Health Insurance license
- Communication Excellence managing and inspiring a team and supporting our clients requires a world class communicator both internally and externally
- Management you will be asked to lead a multi-location team to drive process while maintaining and managing a growth culture with constant change
- Problem Solving you will be asked to think and solve problems real time as your team and this position grows

Position is full-time in-office. Must be local to Cleveland Ohio.
