Service Advisor Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess service needs professionally and courteously
• Explain recommended services repairs and maintenance options clearly
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Confidently sell service packages and products
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service completion
• Follow up after service to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Sales or service experience preferred (hospitality or automotive a plus)
• Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfactions.
• Hospitality retail or customer service experience required
• Automotive service or sales experience preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn training provided for the right candidate
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
