SUMMARY OF POSITION

We are seekingan experiencedGrader Operators for our growing team in Hagerstown MD. The Grader Operator will primarily work on project sites in the Hagerstown Frederick Winchester and surrounding areas.

A successful candidate should possess a positive attitude previous field leadership experience and operating experience.

TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Operates equipment in compliance with Kinsleys safety policies and procedures.
• Ensures company equipment ismaintainedandin good running condition by greasing and checking fluids.
• Demonstrates a working knowledge of all aspects of construction.
• Performs other related duties and responsibilities as required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previousequipment operation experienced is preferred but notrequired.
• Ability to read and follow construction site drawings blueprintsdiagramsand specifications is preferred.
• Maintainall toolsrequiredfor Equipment Operators.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as required.
