General Manager for Princeton WV

VP ManagementLLC is seeking an accomplished and elite General Manager to lead the operations at one of our prestigious hotel property in Princeton WV. As a pivotal leader in our organization you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while overseeing all facets of hotel management. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive operational excellence enhance guest satisfaction and maximize profitability within a growing portfolio of over 50 properties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations ensuring superior guest service smooth functioning of all departments and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
• Lead mentor and develop the hotel management and staff teams to foster a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Manage budgeting financial analysis forecasting and cost control to optimize revenue and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all hospitality regulations company policies health and safety standards and quality assurance protocols.
• Coordinate with housekeeping maintenance food and beverage front desk and other departments to deliver seamless service and maintain hotel facilities.
• Drive sales and marketing initiatives in collaboration with corporate leadership to maximize occupancy and revenue per available room (RevPAR).
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with guests vendors suppliers and local community partners to enhance brand reputation and loyalty.
• Respond promptly and effectively to guest feedback and resolve any issues to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire staff and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Exceptional knowledge of hotel operations including front desk housekeeping food & beverage and facilities management.
• Excellent financial management skills including budgeting forecasting and interpreting performance metrics.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities to interact effectively with guests staff and stakeholders.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced dynamic hospitality environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
