Position Overview:

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist to join an established multispecialty practice in Brooklyn NY. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to patients in a supportive and collaborative setting.

Qualifications:

• Education: Masters or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Licensure: Active New York State Physical Therapist license.
• Experience: Must have at least 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in developing and implementing treatment plans therapeutic exercise programs manual therapy techniques and utilizing electronic medical records.
• Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills compassion patience and the ability to motivate patients. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations including medical history review functional assessments and range of motion testing.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings.
• Provide therapeutic interventions including manual therapy therapeutic exercises modalities and patient education.
• Monitor patient progress adjust treatment plans as needed and document outcomes in accordance with practice standards.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs injury prevention and lifestyle modifications to support long-term recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians nurse practitioners and other healthcare professionals within the multispecialty practice to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
